The Graduate Employee Organization (GEO) is the union that represents over 700 Teaching and Research Assistants across MSU’s campus. We are a democratic organization run by and for graduate employees that strives to improve the experience of those teaching and researching on campus. As a recognized union we have the legal right to negotiate a contract the Office of the Commissioner of Higher Education of Montana. We collaborate with university administration, GEO members and staff to address the most pressing issues that MSU graduate employees face. To find out more, visit our FAQs page or read the current CBA.
